JUST REDUCED TO $75,000! This 37' Fisher was purchased by the last owner to live aboard. He set out to bring her up to new standards so he could be comfortable on her in Kodiak. His knowledge of boats (founder and owner of Emmerson boat works) lead him to do things right with quality of the workmanship in mind. If you want a pilot house ketch this is your boat. Some sailors have called the English-built Fisher the best motor-sailor in the world. This is a cruise anywhere Ketch-rigged vessel with a heavy displacement hull that is designed after North sea fishing boats. Full keel contains 12,000 lbs. of ballast.
Interior:
This boat is set up for extended cruising with its 200 gallon fuel and 200 gallon water capacity. With its forward cabin, salon and pilothouse settee/berths, she could easily sleep 6 to 8 passengers.
Engine and Mechanical:
Cruise economically in this boat is powered by the ever dependable 80 ford leman diesel with 4500 hrs. The engine has been maintained by a local mechanic and is in top shape. Also it has a Raycore dual filter system so filters can be changed while running. Extensive work was done on the steering and Ratheon auto pilot so it should be good for a long time. Rewired, replaced all worn parts in the shaft steering system and many more. The engine and fuel system and all the other mechanical systems are in top shape.
Electrical and Electronics:
Are all in good working condition VHF, depth sounder, plotter,GPS, and a Icom 700 SSB (very sought after model that you can use as a ham or marine band) radio.

New stern cockpit alum hatch and new all weather Cockpit cover on stern, a new Espar diesel heater, all new cushions,new cover for the aft deck, Givens 5 man repacked 1 year ago hard case but no frame, SAILS are useful to move the boat, new/used main but it is too long needs adjusting, all sails are old - fair to poor condition, Life sling with new case.
