We wade through all the "potential" buyers so you don't have to. We serve as liaison between buyer and seller and normally handle the entire transaction from the Offer and Acceptance, to arranging for a survey, haul-out, mechanics inspections, and transportation by water, ferry, barge or ground. Our brokers do their own showings and we travel extensively in Alaska to vigorously represent our sellers. Some of our boats are sold before we even have them listed because of our extensive database of buyers.

Our use of national, regional and world-wide Internet exposure presents your boat to more potential buyers than ever. We are listed first in Google searches, we are on Yacht World, and other sources, including our networking program, whether it's a flyer, co-brokering, a telephone inquiry, or posting on the web, maximum exposure is what you get!
OUR COMMITMENT TO YACHT BROKER COOPERATION
When appropriate, we share and cooperate your listing with other boat brokers throughout the world with a Web presentation that is one of the most successful ways to sell boats, as a result we are often approached by other brokers with interested buyers. The majority of our vessel sales transactions are completed with our existing and growing customer base, still, we realize that providing your listing to cooperating brokers - adds maximum exposure to your boat.

THE SALE
When a purchase is decided on, we have an "attorney approved" Purchase Offer which can be faxed or emailed and is to be signed by both the buyer and seller. We deposit earnest monies in our escrow account until the buyer has done the due dilligance and accepts the boat. We do a lien search to ensure that all liens are paid and you get a vessel with a clean title. The final closing is done by our closing agency for transfer of ownership which most often is completed within in a couple days of the sale.
