Great Buy - Only 7 hours on the Hobbs meter. This boat has not been used for 4 years owner wants it gone! This 2001 model was built to be used in conjunction with oil spill response barges which are strategically located around SE Alaska. The vessel normally spent time sitting on top of the barge in readiness to be deployed. The boat has seen very little use and has only 7 hours on the Hobb's meter.
Interior:
Boat with large working cockpit equipped with 2 seats with lock boxes, engine cover. Helm station with controls and full instrumentation. Windscreen with walkthrough windshield to foredeck area. An aluminum swim step to protects the robust Kodiak jet drive. Cockpit flooring is 3/4” coated & painted marine plywood over aluminum framing. The boat has a full canvas top and also equipped with fabric top and side curtains, plus drop curtains
Engine and Mechanical:
Powered by 350 CID/KEM GM engines producing 310 horsepower. Very low time on engine, only 7 hours. This power package in this boat makes this rig VERY FAST at an estimated speed of 50 knots. Kodiak 3-stage jet. Two electric bilge pumps. Custom built flush kit is valved for flushing salt water from either the engine or the jet drive.
Electrical and Electronics:
12V marine electrical system, 2- 2D Marine deep cycle batteries, Depth sounder, Uniden Marine VHF radio.
Notes and Extras:
Removable towing post, aluminum swim step. Factory installed lifting eyes for two-point lift - includes SS lifting bridles aft. This boat will make an excellent day boat rig for a lodge or charter operation. Also great commuter rig or boat for shoal water operations.
