 Interior:
If a royal life is something you ve dreamed of, you will find it aboard this prestigious vessel. When you enter the main salon, your eyes will be delighted with the light and scenery pouring in from the walls of windows. Opaque vertical blinds pull closed for privacy and escape from the Midnight Sun. Plush carpeting and modern features like recessed lighting and leather covered curtain valance boxes add to the warmth to this noble interior. To port, you are invited to unwind on the creamy leather L-shaped settee or put your feet up in the lounge chair across on starboard. There is a lovely coffee table near the center of the room, an excellent place for the placement of tea and biscuits. Along the starboard wall are storage cabinets and a large Panasonic flatscreen TV is in the corner for fabulous movie nights. Forward on port and up two steps is an amazing U-shaped galley with counterspace that rivals most condos. Appliances abound in the galley, including a Miel glasstop electric stove/oven, a cabinet-mounted microwave, a Sub Zero refrigerator, ice maker and trash compactor. She also has an under-counter freezer and HRO Sea Fair water maker. A home-sized double basin sink and a wealthy amount of cabinet storage space round out this excellent kitchen. A stairway to the flybridge is off the galley. Forward is the inside helm station, which features a coordinating white leather lounge/dinette set-up. The luxury captain s throne can easily swivel to join the others at the table. A discreet stairwell from the pilothouse takes you into the bow where two staterooms and a head await. The bow stateroom has a partial walk around queen size berth flanked with storage cabinets along both walls. The second stateroom has a bunkbed with two single berths. The head is quite roomy and has a separate shower stall. Off the salon is a door to a private curved stairwell down to the spacious the master suite. Welcoming you is a queen bed with full walk-around space and a vanity table with large mirror and backstage-type lighting. There are two closets in this master state room, abundant storage, and also a stacked washer and dryer. The private master head is off the stateroom and is roomy with its own separate shower stall. Electric register heating and forced air hydronic furnace keep all areas of this vessel nice and warm throughout the cooler months. Everywhere your eyes and feet land on this beauty will be of the finest maritime luxury and with finishes and accents of the highest quality. This is really a pearl on the sea!

 On Deck:
Easily come aboard The Office by way of her swim deck. Railing across the water side makes an easy task of onboarding folks, even those with the shakiest sea legs. The port and starboard transom doors are both a cinch to open and step through. The swim deck also makes a nice space to fish off of, therefore keeping the cockpit clean. And speaking of cockpit, this is quite the spacious outdoor area. Her wide beam creates a deck big enough for a large patio table and chairs for a dockside dinner. The flybridge slightly overhangs the cockpit, creating a partial cover that s great for shade or for still being able to sit outside when there is a drizzle coming down. A Hydroslave pot puller on an aluminum davit with a flow control valve is set up in the cockpit and makes very easy work of pulling up those full crab and shrimp pots. A short staircase not a ladder accesses the flybridge. This huge space is big enough for a small party. It is surrounded by railing for safety and has bench seating for as many as eight adults. The helm and helm chair have canvass coverings to keep them protected from the weather. A door to the right of the flybridge helm access the pilothouse in a jiffy. In the aft section of the flybridge is the tender boat deck, a tender RIB and a boat crane with room to spare to store other large items. There are also appliances in the flybridge you need to check out, including a small bar sink. The incredibly spacious bow is best accessible from the pilothouse and the sliding starboard door. It is perfect for lounging and sightseeing. There is a bench seat that can fit several adults or you can lay out several lounge chairs. You can even comfortably fish from this deck. Its amazingly versatile!

 Engine and Mechanical:
Two reliable 2002 Volvo TAMD122 diesel engines provide the cruising power behind The Office. They have low hours. Easy access to the large stand-up engine room is through a hatch in the cockpit and down a short stairwell. She cruises at 12 knots at 1,400 and has a top speed of 18 knots. Her fuel usage is about 25 gallons per hour and her two aluminum fuel tanks carry a whopping total of 1,000 gallons of fuel. Cruise economically @ 9 knots and burn only 6 GPH. You can glide through Alaskan waters for a good long voyage between refuels! She has hydraulic steering at the main helm and flybridge with electronic controls. When it s time to anchor for a bit, you can easily lower your CQR 75-pound anchor with 250 feet of chain on the Muir electric winch. She also comes with a spare Danforth anchor.

 Electrical and Electronics:
The Office is equipped nicely with modern electronics at her helm and around the vessel. Stating with navigation, you have a Raytheon RP 650 auto pilot with remote. She comes with two Garmin GPS instruments, a Garmin and Nobeltec plotter, Furuno FCV 295 and Raytheon ST 40 depth sounders, and Nobeltec charting software. She has a Raytheon RL 80C radar. For communications, you have two VHFs, a Standard Horizon and a Furuno, as well as satellite communications with an Iridium. The three windshields each has an electric wiper and defog fans are perched on the dash. Other features include a 30-inch LED search light on the bow, accent lights in the cockpit, a Ray 350 loudhailer, Bennett trim tabs, and an electric-powered engine room hatch. When at the dock, plug this lady into 30 amp or 50 amp shore power. She comes with 60 amp and 90 amp alternators, a Pro Mariner and Pro Matie battery charger, a Xantrex Freedom inverter, four 8D start batteries, one 8D house bank and four 6-volt house banks. Her Kohler 20kw generator set has just 1,991 hours on it.
