REDUCED TO $74,500! QUEEN WALK-AROUND BERTH, DIESEL POWER, HUGE DECKS! This Uniflite is a whole lot of yacht with a split personality a luxuriously appointed cruiser for the sports fisherman. Load up the fishing gear and she is ready to tackle any fish you see. Stow it all away and she becomes a grand cruiser. She has a desirable layout which is great for entertaining both inside and out and fabulous for fishing. Her huge stern master stateroom, and her large galley and salon makes this a great liveaboard or you can use her as a weekend charter. Check out a copy of her May 2018 survey. Her bottom was done in July 2023 and she has new zincs. She had a USCG courtesy dockside inspection in 2021. She IS NOT an inspected vessel.

 Interior:
The salon on Navigator is roomy and bright with huge windows all around, a notable feature with Uniflite boats. Enter it from the midships deck and down a few stairs. The salon fits a sofa and two chairs, as well as a coffee table. It has a built-in wet bar cabinet aft and comes with a small side table as well. The galley is a few steps down into the bow. It has more counterspace than you will find in many homes, part of the counterspace doubles as a breakfast bar. The galley also has a range, home-sized refrigerator, a microwave over the range, and nice storage. Navigator sleeps seven adults in all and has a huge aft master stateroom without sacrificing the space on the decks. It has 112 square feet of space and a full walk-around queen berth, just like home. Access this room from the special cockpit door or from the salon. The storage in this state room is vast and she has long windows which let in a lot of light when you open the curtains. She has an ensuite head with separate enclosed shower stall. In the bow, the v-berth has two single bunks and storage drawers and a hanging closet. A secondary head is adjacent and has an enclosed shower stall. Serving your water and septic needs is 150 gallons of fresh water, a five-gallon hot water tank, and a 40-gallon holding tank. Heat is forced air diesel furnace and electric registers.

 On Deck:
One of the best features of Navigator s deck arrangement is the extended swim deck with robust railing and an oversize fillet table which hangs off the back side. Pole holders are welded along the railing. There is a center opening in the railing and in the transom to let passengers board the vessel. She has a nice, flat and unencumbered cockpit deck ready for lounge chairs or more poles in the water. Two Cannon Offshore downriggers mount on the cockpit gunnels and come with this package. Rocket launchers and other equipment storage can also be found around the cockpit. The amidships deck is large and fits all types of equipment and has a full canvas enclosure and a hard top for relief from the weather. This area is exceptionally great to use for storage. The salon door is here, as well as the stairs up to the flybridge and access to the foredeck. The flybridge has a comfy captains chair and companion chair and a large L-shaped settee for several adults. The flybridge can be fully enclosed. A raised padded sleeping platform for two adults stretches aft of the flybridge settee. The foredeck houses the Lund dinghy and a davit. This is a very versatile deck system that can be utilized for just about anything.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Navigation s power is from her two long lasting 1983 Detroit Diesel 671 200 horsepower diesel engines. She has a brisk top speed of 18 knots. She has five fuel tanks which carry a generous total of 700 gallons of diesel. She has trim tabs to help her move through the water efficiently. Her engines were last serviced in July 2023. Anchoring is easily achieved with her Bruce 70-pound anchor on a custom hydraulic winch with about 400 feet of chain and line.

 Electrical and Electronics:
When at the dock, this gal plugs int 30-amp shore power. She has two start batteries and an eight-battery housebank. Navigation electronics can be found at the main helm and flybridge, including a Garmin XSV GPS and a Garmin depth sounder. She has a Garmin radar and two Garmin VHFs. There is much more to be discovered on Navigator regarding her electrical systems and features. Come aboard and see all she has to offer!
