JUST REDUCED TO $79,900! GREAT CONDITION, ROOMY INSIDE, LARGE GALLEY! The Last One is a perfect boat for a variety of uses, as a live-aboard, a sport fisher or a long-range motor yacht. She is like a floating mini-apartment, so spacious inside and out. She has been well cared for and is a wonderful, clean vessel. An awesome Southeast Alaska cruiser.

 Interior:
The main entertaining area of this vessel is quite spacious with enough floor space to do-si-do with your partner ... or you can even find a spot for your favorite petite recliner rocker. Have a couple of large dogs? There s room for them and their beds. Enter the salon from the cockpit through the home like door. The first thing you notice is the homey salon interior nicely brightened by huge, seemingly nonstop windows. Navy blue wall-to-wall carpeting, upholstery and window curtains throughout compliment the beauty outside. Radiant oak cabinetry supports a large galley, which stretches almost the length of the salon s port side. The galley has a home-size double stainless sink, a three-burner Princess stove/oven combo with a pot holder railing, a Norcold refrigerator and a lot of counter space. The cabinetry has nine drawers, two cabinets and a slide-out cutting board. Beyond the galley and behind a partial separating wall is the interior port side helm, a hard to come by feature. A swivel captain s chair with armrests provides cushioned seating for navigation and an outstanding view over the bow. A matching co-captain chair is perched on the starboard side. Behind it is storage space, perfect for dry food goods or navigation maps. The convertible dinette is also on starboard, directly across from the galley. During the day, it seats four folks. At night, it converts to a berth for two. Tuck away loose items in the drawers under the seating. Down a couple of steps into the bow is the v-berth stateroom. An accordion door sections this room off for privacy. Storage trays and cabinets and drawers under the bed frames give you plenty of places to tuck away clothes and other items. An additional cabinet in the hallway is great for that outfit-loving person. The vessel s head has a Jabsco toilet, a shower, lots of counter space, a large mirror, four drawers and a cubby and cabinet. The forced air diesel furnace and electric registers give you two ways to stay warm at night.

 On Deck:
A fly-bridge and a cockpit helm open up your navigation options on The Last One. Getting aboard is easily done by way of the wide swim deck and stern transom door. Depending on how you use her, the cockpit is large enough for a bistro table and chairs, a couple of loungers, or a group of fishing friends. High gunnels will keep little passengers safely aboard. Several pole holders are secured to the gunnels as well. In-deck storage offers a great place for fenders, cables or fishing tackle. A hydraulic pot puller is perfect for easily retrieving those full shrimp or crab pots. A short ladder takes you to the fly-bridge, which comes with a snap canvass for keeping it safe from weather wear when not in use.

 Engine and Mechanical:
The power behind The Last One comes from her two 1985 Diesel 8.3 liter 250 horsepower diesel engines with 2,194 hours on starboard and 3,915 hours on port. She cruises at about 12 knots at 2,500 rpm, using between five and six gallons of fuel per hour. Access to the spacious engine compartment is through the salon floor hatch. Easily pull up her anchor and 256 feet of chain and line with the heavy duty Kolstrand hydraulic anchor winch.

 Electrical and Electronics:
All the navigation electronics you need to get from Point A to Point Z is included in this package, including a Garmin GPS, two Garmin depth sounders, a Sitex plotter, Raytheon radar and a W.H. Autopilot. For communications, you have an Icom VHF and a Cobra CB. She also has a stern-facing loudhailer, which comes in handy when the fog rolls in. An Onan Marine Genset keeps you powered up throughout your trip, but at the dock, pluc The Last One into the 50 amp shore power. Play your favorite tunes as you entertain friends and family on the Kenward stereo system.

 Notes and Extras:
Built in Washington State, The Last One is perfectly acclimated to life in the Pacific Northwest. Despite her age, she has been well maintained and is a very clean, comfortable boat. Kick your feet up and watch years of beauty float by as you enjoy this roomy vessel. Her bottom was done in 2016 and her maintenance records are available for you to look over.
