She offers the owner not only comfortable cruising but a possible live aboard and great for year round weekend getaways and all on a vessel that surrounds you with the kind of quality craftsmanship that Ocean Alexander is known for.

 Interior:
As you pass through teak doors from the cockpit you enter an enormous main salon set up like the great room in many land based homes. A head closet with sink is just inside the sliding back door from the deck.There are 2 electric Lounge chairs to port. Moving forward you find several bar stools and a breakfast counter perfect for enjoying a quick bite while talking to the chef in the a Corian counter topped galley. The U shaped cook area is fully equipped with a Force 10 propane combination stove & oven. She is even equipped with the added luxury of an Ice maker. A full size fridge and freezer has recently been added , as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Starboard to the galley is a compact but well-designed and fully equipped inside helm. Stepping down from the main salon, you will find the owners and guest staterooms. Each with their own wash rooms equipped with Rairitan/Electric heads supported by a 40 gallon holding tank. You can enjoy a long hot shower because she is equipped with 100 gallons of fresh water and 11 gallon hot water tank. Tank levels can be conveniently monitored at a central station in the main cabin. The comfortable guest room is equipped with twin bunks. The captain s quarters sits forward with walk around captain s bed over a large bank of drawers. The bed is surrounded with ample counter space and hanging closets. The Ocean Alexander crafted wood gives the owner a feeling of nautical warmth. The actual warmth comes from both electric register and diesel forced air heat.

 On Deck:
From the swim platform you enter a large cockpit from a center transom gate. Here you find the protection of a quarter cockpit overhang that allows you to step outside and stay dry when it s raining. You will appreciate the comfort of the increased angle on the ladder steps to the fly bridge. Launching 10 Hard Dingy is effortless with her electric davit system. On the forward deck you will find a ground tackle package that include a 66 lb. Claw anchor, with 100ft of 5/16 chain and 250ft 5/8th line all managed by a powerful Electric Hamilton winch.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Stepping down in the very well laid out engine room you will find twin 480 hp Volvo-TAMD7SD with only 900 hours. These will push her along at 11+ knots with a top speed of 20 knots. 2 aluminum diesel tanks supply her with 300 gal of fuel and a 1000 miles range. A trolling valve even allows you to slow them down for just the right speed when fishing. Twin engines controls on both inside and fly bridge helms backed up by a bow thruster make close quarter handling a breeze.

 Electrical and Electronics:
At the dock AC power is supplied by 30amp shore power. This vessel was recently re-wired and new engine room lights installed. While cruising you can either use the Onan 5 kw generator or the Freedom inverter/charger which is supported by 4 house batteries. A conveniently located Heart freedom Interface found in the main cabin lets you keep track of your power supply and use. . She comes with a complete electronics package that includes a Garmin GPS mapping system, and Raytheon Radar. Depth levels use both an Interphase Twin Scope navigational sonar with the ability to look far forward and to the sides of your vessel and a Furuno color sounder. The communications package includes both VHF for nearby hailing and an Stephens SEA222 SSB transceiver to stay in touch with those at much greater distances when out of cell phone range. For long trips you can reduce captains fatigue with the ConNav Autopilot
